20 minutes of morning sunlight exposure + 15 minutes of light movement.
Mindful Eating
No screens during meals. Eat slowly, chew thoroughly, and observe hunger/fullness cues.
Functional Foods
Include two traditionally beneficial Kerala foods: turmeric, moringa, or curry leaves.
Digital Detox Evening
No screens after 9 PM. Replace with journaling, light reading, or meditation.
